Hi! My name is Wenhao Deng, and you can call me Edward as well. I am doing Bachelor of Business Management, majoring in Human Resources. At UQ, I have gained a bunch of meaningful experiences, especially when my awareness of time management is enhanced through Career Mentoring Program, and when my teamwork and communication skills are strengthened though Community Engagement Program. In the future, I would like to be the Training & Development staff, because I am outgoing and willing to share what I have experienced in the past with my colleges and employees. And also, I am really advantageous in curiosity of new items, persistence and resilience, and flexibility. At the end, I feel really grateful for the cultivation of UQ and UQ BEL SET, which have given me a lot of opportunities to improve my employability skills, and I will do much better in the future workplace.
